PDH Course - Lightning Protection System Design Fundamentals
Protection Methods, Devices, and Safety Challenges In Lightning Protection Systems
NFPA 780 provides lightning protection system installation requirements to safeguard people and property from fire risk and related hazards associated with lightning exposure. This PDH-certified presentation is based upon the NFPA 780 and offers an overview of protection methods, devices, and safety challenges in lightning protection systems.
Specifically, a lightning protection system is a complete system that comprises conductors, including strike termination devices, interconnecting conductors, surge protective devices, grounding electrodes, bonding conductors, other connectors, etc.
Based upon the agenda below, in this webinar we will provide the basis for understanding the important parameters mentioned in the 2023 standard for an ideal lightning protection system.
To receive a PDH credit, you must attend the live event. If you would like to receive your PDH credit, you can schedule a lunch and learn on your time.
