Air Curtain (Air Door) Projects

Supplied architectural air curtains on every floor to separate both temperature and humidity between the water park building addition and the rest of the hotel.

Provided electric heated commercial air curtains at all building entrances for both environmental separation and insect control at this location and several others in Upstate New York.

Provided industrial direct drive ambient air curtains above all loading dock doors for Plug Power’s new manufacturing and warehousing facility in the Vista Technology Park.

To solve the problem of drafts or cold air entering the building, we provided an economical solution using direct gas-fired door heaters to heat the open doorways.

To help prevent cold air from entering the building, we provided electric heated commercial air curtains at the two main entrances of the mall.

To reduce extreme hot/cold outdoor temperatures, keep the foyer ambient temperature comfortable, and reduce the building’s overall energy costs, we designed two recessed custom curved plenum air curtains for the high school foyer. For the main entrance vestibule, we provided two electric heated architectural elite air curtains to help prevent cold air from entering the building.

Supplied electric-heated architectural air curtains at the main entrance to enhance the main entryway, save energy, and maintain comfortable interiors at this location and several others in Upstate New York. Also supplied electric-heated drive-thru units to protect the comfort of the person working the window, i.e., airborne particles, flying insects, car exhaust, and keep out cold/hot temperatures.

Provided industrial direct drive hot water heated air curtains above all overhead rolling doors to save energy and keep temperatures stable and flying insects out when the doors are open. Commercial ambient air curtains were installed above the entrance doors for environmental separation.

To match the aesthetics of the lobby vestibules ceiling and protect the intent of the space when the doors are open, we provided architectural recessed hot water heated air curtains mounted flush with the ceiling. Also, for the loading dock doors, we supplied industrial hot water heated air curtains to save energy and to help keep flying insects out.

For their new 631,000 square foot warehouse facility, we provided both electric heated architectural recessed and commercial air curtains for the service entries and main entrances to save energy and help prevent cold air from entering the building.

To create a powerful air seal to keep conditioned air in the building and flying insects, dirt, and debris out, we provided ambient architectural air curtains at the main entrances.

To help deter pests from entering, where they could contaminate store food and bother shoppers, we supply various Wegmans locations with air curtains for their main entryways and employee entrances. The jet of air also keeps dust and dirt from wafting inside.
